I had a really great experience at Mercedes-Benz Country Hills. From start to finish, the whole process felt smooth and straightforward. I was trading in my Lexus, and Moe, Gaurav and Ryan helped put together a very solid deal. Gaurav was especially helpful, he took the time to walk me through my options and made sure I felt confident in my choice. Marie in financing made the leasing process simple and stress-free, which is usually the part I look forward to the least. Anna also did an excellent job with delivery, taking her time to explain all the features of the car. I’ve purchased vehicles from a few dealerships in Calgary, and this was definitely my best experience so far. Appreciate the whole team, thank you!

I had started Looking online first and then started texting with Kiara who warmly invited me down to the showroom to look at my desired SUV. I met with Ahmed who was a great guy to work with, no pressure an full of information! And finally met with Gur to finalize my purchase, and the felt like I was being taken care of an not taken advantage of... Treated Like Gold

My wife and I were travelling in our Triple E LTV Mercedes Sprinter. We started our journey from Courtenay BC-Winkler MB and back through Saskatchewan. We had an issue with the DEF system on the diesel engine, called from just 2 hours short of Edmonton on highway 16. I made one phone call, spoke with Graham Longhrin, immediately came back after a double check, "that is all under recall, I have all the parts, can you get it here for tomorrow?"

I diverted from Edmonton-Jasper and on to Highway 5, to an extra 2 hr drive to get to Calgary. This team understands priorities and we were treated like Gold start to finish. From Graham and his service team, to the Brice and his technicians and Paul Parsons our shuttle driver, you all have been impressive.

Can't say enough about this TEAM. I've never been treated like this before.
As a side note, all we heard from other Leisure Travel Van owners in Winkler, MB was that if they ever had any mechanical issues they would go out of their way to take it to Country Hills Mercedes.

Our experience at Mercedes-Benz was outstanding from start to finish.

A huge thank you to Andy, our sales representative, who was honest, transparent, friendly, and never made us feel pressured. He took the time to answer every question and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.

Gur, our Finance Manager, was absolutely phenomenal. He guided us through every step of the financing process, explained everything clearly, and made sure we fully understood our options. He made our experience feel straightforward and gave us confidence throughout the entire process.

Finally, thank you to Ruhi, who walked us through all of the features of our new vehicle on delivery day. She was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind, making sure we were comfortable with every feature before we left.

After our experience, it’s clear that customer service is a priority at Mercedes-Benz. The professionalism, honesty, and care shown by Andy, Gur, and Ruhi made all the difference. The Absolute Best Experience

I had the absolute best experience buying my first Mercedes at the Country Hills dealership. I was greeted by Jeremy and Bryon on the sales team, who helped me get into the perfect GLE 450. They worked with me on the price and got me exactly what I wanted. Candice in the Finance department was lovely to deal with; she was incredibly helpful and got everything sorted out for me on a very quick timeline. Chady, the GM, also made a presence during my sale and helped make us feel truly valued as customers. I really feel like the team at Country Hills Mercedes treated my wife and me like family.
