Sponsorship & Donation Requests

At Mercedes-Benz Country Hills, we are proud to support meaningful initiatives that strengthen our community and create a lasting impact. We believe in giving back through partnerships that align with our values, including charitable causes, community development, sustainability initiatives, cultural events, music, and the arts.

While we would love to support every worthy cause, all sponsorship and donation requests must be carefully reviewed and approved by our internal managing body and Mercedes-Benz Canada. For this reason, we ask that all requests be submitted well in advance and with as much detail as possible.

At this time, Mercedes-Benz Country Hills is only considering sponsorship and donation opportunities located within Calgary and the surrounding area.

Submission Deadlines

All sponsorship and donation requests must be submitted by November of the year prior to the event.

For example, if your event takes place in 2027, your request must be submitted by November 2026.

Requests submitted after the deadline may not be considered. Events taking place within 60 days of submission will be automatically declined, as we require adequate time for review, approvals, staffing, vehicle coordination, and event planning.

Sponsorship Guidelines

Before submitting your request, please review the following criteria:

Timing
We require sufficient notice to properly review, approve, and coordinate each opportunity. This includes internal approvals, Mercedes-Benz Canada approvals, staffing, vehicle logistics, and event planning.

Location
We are currently only considering events located in Calgary and the surrounding area.

Brand Alignment
We look for opportunities that allow Mercedes-Benz Country Hills to meaningfully connect with the community while representing our brand in a professional and elevated way.

Community Impact
Priority is given to initiatives that support charitable causes, community development, sustainability, cultural programming, music, the arts, and meaningful local engagement.

Participation
Whenever possible, we prefer opportunities where our team can be present, engage with guests, showcase our vehicles, and create a memorable Mercedes-Benz Country Hills experience.

We appreciate the time and effort that goes into every sponsorship request and are grateful for the opportunity to learn more about the incredible work happening in our community. While we may not be able to support every request, each submission will be reviewed with care and consideration.
