Should you consider Mercedes-Benz Prepaid Service?

As a general rule, over the life of a vehicle, you make regular visits to the shop to perform maintenance on your vehicle. As a general rule, a fee applies each time and, in the end, it represents a certain amount of money.

What would you say if you were offered discounts ranging from 20% to 30% of this amount? Interested? Now see how.

1 - Prepaid Maintenance

This service is offered with a new vehicle, either for purchase or lease. You can also be interested in the program prior to your first routine shop visit, so you don't have to make the decision up front. However, it is recommended that you do so in order to take advantage of all payment options, including the integration of pre-paid fees into your monthly payments.

Depending on the vehicle you own, different plans are available. Generally, these vary between 36 and 48 months and include 3 or 4 visits for routine maintenance. Options are also available depending on the mileage you add each year, depending on your trips. In short, flexibility is one of the strengths of the service.

What we get in return is very interesting, because for an amount that can be as little as $22 per month, you don't have to worry about maintenance expenses during your visits to the dealership. More importantly, you save up to 20% in the process. That's not insignificant. What's more, if you sell your vehicle, you can transfer the program to the future buyer. The latter will be more interested in your vehicle if he or she benefits from this type of protection.

And you don't have to worry about where the program is applicable, which is in every Mercedes-Benz dealership.

2- Select Prepaid Maintenance

Your vehicle will not always be new. On the day the program you acquired when you purchased a new product expires, you can replace it with a model that has essentially become used. And if you purchase a vehicle that was once owned by an individual, you also have access to the program.

In short, the program offers the same kind of advantages and flexibility in terms of financing and payments, but also in terms of terms, whereas you can go from one program for two or four visits, for example. And the program can be purchased at any time as long as the vehicle it covers has already undergone its first routine maintenance or has passed the 25,000 km mark.

And as for savings, they are estimated at 30% for certain terms (duration, vehicle, etc.), which is starting to add up to a significant amount.

Of course, in either case, the terms may differ depending on the vehicle and also on the powertrains under the hood. A diesel engine, or a V12 or simply an AMG engine requires a different approach. It doesn't matter, because options are available to you.

To get all the answers, don't hesitate to schedule a dealership meeting to take a look at the plan that best suits your needs.
